Kyle Albert co-leads GWU’s Program on Skills, Credentials, and Workforce Policy and the LAiSER (Leveraging AI for Skills Extraction and Research) project. His research examines the quality and value of microcredentials and the prospects for improving data collection on credentials and skills. He also organizes meetings of the Non-degree Credentials Research Network, a community of 420 researchers and practitioners who meet regularly in Washington, DC to share research findings and identify new opportunities to improve U.S. workforce and credentialing data infrastructure.
